THE HUMAN BEHIND KIND AND RESTED

hey there, i’m so glad you’re here - i’m court

For years, I sat with families in the middle of the night, the exhaustion, the second-guessing, the feeling that something had to give. And I watched something else too: parents who felt like they were losing themselves.

Not because they weren't good parents. Because no one told them there was a way to protect their child's needs and their own wellbeing, at the same time.

I built this work around a simple belief: you shouldn't have to choose.

“One generation of deeply loving parents would change the brain of the next generation, and with that, the world.”

— CHARLES RAINSON

MY STORY

this was always more than just sleep

Before I was a sleep coach, I spent a decade as a career nanny, immersed in the daily, real, unfiltered rhythm of family life. Not observing it from a distance. Living inside it. Feeding, meltdowns, sleepless nights, the quiet moments in between, I was there for all of it, in dozens of different homes, with dozens of different families.

Toward the second half of that decade, I became a certified newborn care specialist and postpartum doula, stepping directly into some of the most fragile, tender early days a family experiences. I wasn't just caring for babies, I was supporting parents through recovery, exhaustion, and the enormous identity shift of becoming a family.

That decade taught me more than any textbook could. I saw, up close, what poor sleep actually does to a family: to a parent's body, their mind, their relationships, their sense of who they are. I saw parents who loved their children fiercely, but who were so depleted they couldn't show up as the people they wanted to be.

I've also walked alongside parents through real, significant mental health struggles in those early years, and I've seen how deeply sleep is tangled up in a parent's ability to cope, to bond, and to feel like themselves again.

The more I witnessed, the clearer it became: this was never just about sleep. It was about setting a foundation, for a child's lifelong sense of security, and for a family's ability to deeply enjoy each other.

YOUR CHILD'S LIVED EXPERIENCE

Temperament, sensitivity, and neurodivergence aren't a footnote. They guide every part of how I support you.

YOUR OWN WELLBEING

You matter just as much as your child does. This was always about helping both of you thrive.

THE HUMAN SIDE OF SLEEP

Evidence matters. Connection matters. You'll never have to choose between them here.
